Allow us to introduce our business to you, 405 Real Estate Solutions. We were formerly known as Advanced Realty but have since added property management services to our operations and rebranded at that time. 405 Real Estate Solutions is a family owned and operated realty team. We pride ourselves on having good family values by providing one on one reliable customer service.
405 Real Estate Solutions is designed to be an all-in-one real estate service. Our goal is to inform and assist all customers from first time home buyers to larger portfolio income properties and everything in between. We strive to provide our customers with reliable and honest information throughout any real estate experience.
Owner/Broker
My name is Kittie Blasingame. I am the owner and broker of 405 Real Estate Solutions. I started my career working for title companies, mortgage companies & banks. Being a part of the closing process led me to my passion for Real Estate and helping people. I obtained my license in 2002 and obtained my brokers license in 2006. I have since closed nearly a thousand deals and expanded my business to include my daughter as a licensed property manager. I truly believe you can have fun while getting the job done!

My name is Kristin Girardot. I was formerly an Asset Manager who oversaw 1,500+ multi-family units across both Oklahoma and Texas markets. Because of this experience, I decided to obtain my Real Estate license in 2018. This was done in order to pursue my dreams of owning a property management company. My goal is to find a happy medium for both tenants and owners by being fair and honest. So, I partnered with my mother/broker to make that happen. I am currently overseeing 100+ single and multi-family rental properties across the Oklahoma City metro.

Meet Nele Rogers. She is a realtor that serves the OKC metro and beyond. Nele’s family often tease her about making friends in line at the grocery store. It’s true, Nele has an innate ability to connect, that’s why she loves real estate life. Helping people with transitions in life is a privilege she takes seriously. Whether it’s working with first-time homebuyers (a favorite), selling a residence, finding investment properties or the hunt for your dream home Nele will help every step of the way.
Nele makes her home in Norman with her husband and children. She is an active community volunteer working with Assistance League Norman, the Norman North Band and is a board member for Little Read Wagon, a literacy program that puts books into the hands of children with little access to books of their own. Nele loves reading, gardening, painting, and sitting on patios. She is a master scuba diver and has seen some amazing places and sea creatures on her travels. Ask her about her next scuba trip, she’s sure to have one (or three) planned!
